The Space:
Welcome to the serene Lakefront home called Family Ties, where comfort meets convenience. This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits on a quiet street and backs up to a picturesque lake, offering a peaceful escape. Whether you’re here for a game or a relaxing getaway, the cozy open-concept layout and modern amenities make it the perfect home base for your stay.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious primary suite with a king bed, double vanity, stand-up shower, and a luxurious jetted soaking tub. The additional two bedrooms feature queen beds and share a well-appointed bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The updated kitchen boasts beautiful stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a charming breakfast nook. Enjoy meals in the dining room, which seats six, or take in the lake view from the outdoor table on the covered patio, which seats four and is ready for entertaining with its gas grill and Smart TV.

This home comfortably accommodates 6 guests in beds and we also have an air mattress for additional guest. The enclosed, fenced yard is perfect for fishing or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings. With high-speed internet, Smart TVs, and all the comforts of home, this lakeside haven offers the perfect blend of relaxation and proximity to Tuscaloosa’s main attractions.

There are exterior security cameras at the property's front and back. Guests may not tamper with, cover, or unplug these devices.

All reservations made within 2 weeks of the date of arrival are subject to require in-person Government-issued ID verification.

If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

Please enter the correct number of people for an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.

Pets are NOT allowed.

For stays longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.

Guest will not have access to the garage. It will be locked for the entirety of the stay.

True Gem

Tanner was an exceptional host, and the home exceeded all our expectations. The property is a true gem - beautifully maintained, with modern touches and impeccable cleanliness throughout. The real star of the show was the backyard, where we found ourselves spending most of our time. The view was nothing short of breathtaking and provided a therapeutic escape. It was the perfect spot to enjoy time with family. Inside, the house was equipped with all the amenities our family needed to feel comfortable and at home. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, Tanner's property offered us the ideal blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty.
