Nestled in a cozy, rural neighborhood just outside of Black Hawk - this home is in the perfect location for a nature lover wanting a mountain getaway! With Golden Gate State Park so close to the house, you can explore the beauty of Colorado’s nature and wildlife within just a couple of minutes! You can also head just 10 minutes away to Black Hawk and enjoy the fun of casinos and local restaurants. The town of Nederland is just 30 minutes in the opposite direction, heading North on HWY-119 where you can enjoy and explore all a quirky Colorado mountain town has to offer for all ages!
