House was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. Great outdoor space; wished we had more time to enjoy it! Easy check-in and good communication.

Great stay and perfect for larger group

Our group of 8 had the best time at this property! Nathan was SO communicative and made the check in/check out process so seamless for us. There are plenty of beds, a huge living room that fits everyone comfortably, laundry access, a full kitchen, etc. The neighborhood is also very cute and has a ton of nice properties! We certainly would stay her again and can't thank you enough for a great stay!!!

Super impressive

The house exceeded our expectation to accommodate our family for our daughter’s graduation. It was very clean and spacious. The back patio was a nice touch to accommodate us as well. The location was perfect! The host responded quickly & communicated very well! Will definitely rent this house again when we go back with a big group.

Memorial Day Weekend in Austin

Our stay at Nathan's place was very nice. The house was well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens are so soft (felt like we were sleeping on clouds). I appreciated that the lamps in the rooms were dimmable, especially for the little ones. We surprisingly enjoyed the cowboy pool, the temperature of the water was perfect after going to the cold natural water spots in Austin. The house is located near attractions and easy to get to from the freeway.

House accommodated our event well. The biggest complaint was cleanliness. There was hair all over the house from previous stayers. There was hair in the beds that were supposed to be clean and there were discarded contact lenses despite no one in our party being contact lense wearers

This home is located in a pedestrian/family-friendly neighborhood, making it a great place for visitors to walk around and soak up the Austin vibes! It's a short ride from The YARD, which features Still Austin, the first bourbon distillery inside Austin City Limits since prohibition, St Elmo Brewery, and the Austin Winery. The homes in the neighborhood are that perfect combo of old Austin charm and new builds, which makes it an eclectic mix of everything that makes ATX so weird and great.

Our home is a midcentury two-story Austin home that has been carefully renovated to include every modern luxury without sacrificing the historic charm. The home has the original 1950s solid wood flooring and gorgeous Live Oak and Texas Pecan trees in the sprawling backyard.
