Lovely place

We enjoyed this condo. Helene chased us home. The front bedroom would seem stuffy at night sometimes but the place is very nice. We had everything we needed & it was baby friendly. We had a 9 mo. Old with us. There was plenty of space for 3 couples. Great living room/tv set-up. We would stay again.

Paradise

We had the opportunity to live in paradise for a week by staying in this beautiful condo! The condo looks exactly like the pictures provided. The beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the master bedroom and the entire living area. Will be returning.

Great property for a group! All had comfortable sleeping areas and great main gathering area! The outdoor space was large and the view spectacular! Host is easily reachable for questions and recommendations!

The property and condo is beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The view was wonderful! Patty, the property manager, is the best! will definitely stay again.

Marco Island Condo

Kitchen fully equipped, pretty clean, bathrooms nice, extra sheets & pillowcases needed. We had to rent beach unbrellas as the one available was pretty skimpy. The condo is quite nice, tv is just right, furniture mostly comfortable, views and porch are amazing. Beautiful pools on both sides of the condo, but the walkway to the beach on our side is under construction so that cancelled that out. Overall we'd stay here again. The locks to the front door of the condo and to the cage of beach equipment are hard to open, you have to really play with the key to open both. A first world problem but in 96° heat it's pretty frustrating. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Another great family vacation on Marco Island.

Great memories with our kids and grandkids!!! This apartment was one of the best that we have rented in Marco Island, and this was our 6th stay It has everything a family could need for a beach vacation. The communication with the owner was excellent. The views are spectacular, and we saw the dolphins almost every day!. Thank you Peggy.

Summertime at Marco

My family and I have been visiting Marco Island since before my daughter was born. She is now 21. We have stayed in many different places throughout the years, until we found the Somerset. This unit in particular is wonderful. The view is unmatched. The property is clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here next time we visit.

Excellent

This rental was exactly as described, but better. We had 3 adult couples. Each had their own king size beds and baths. We’ve stayed lots of places, but this unit had so many “extras” from beach equipment to a very well stocked kitchen. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks Peggy for a great stay!

Family Fun

The room was amazing with a beautiful view. Peggy was a great hot and check in and out was easy. The room was supplied with all the items we needed including beach items. The entrance room with a sofa pull out was the only part we did not use becasue it is very hot, but the rest of unit was perfect.

Great family getaway!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful and beautifully decorated and appointed getaway. Every detail was attended to! All we needed was our luggage and groceries. Having everything (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, board games, tennis rackets, etc.) at hand was fantastic and allowed us to enjoy everything Marco Island had to offer. We enjoyed the ability to walk to many activities the island offers, from dining to putt putt golf. Peggy's attention to detail was amazing. We would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful location and condo

We had a great stay! Beautiful sunsets and beach. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen to cook our fresh caught ocean fish. Overall highly recommend!

Frank and I began visiting my In Laws in Marco Island in 1990 with our two young daughters, thoroughly enjoying the quiet surroundings and amazing weather. As our family grew (and grew), we were bringing our 5 daughters to visit Grandma at the beach on Marco. Our yearly trips were always relaxing and enjoyable and our daughters favorite place to go. With so many amazing memories, in 2010 we were looking for an investment and decided it was time to find a beach condo of our own. With just one look at the beautiful landscaping, the poolside grills, the tennis courts, the porch room that could be turned into an extra bedroom/den, and the beach views, we knew the Somerset was the place for us. In 2010, we purchased Unit102 with the it's amazing location in the building with unique stairs off the lanai leading to a private cabana and set about making it a comfortable, casual Beachhouse Condo perfect for a relaxing stay on the beach. We enjoyed sharing the Beachhouse with others, and when we saw the three bedroom 911 unit for sale in 2011, we were drawn to it's equally outstanding location in the building with an open floor plan, higher ceilings, a view of the entire 3 mile crescent beach and a bigger lanai. We purchased 911 and had fun creating "The Sunset Suite Condo" with a modern beach style with family vacations in mind. We love having our own slice of Paradise that feels like home when we are there, but can also share with others. When we aren't in Marco, we can usually be found in Illinois or travelling to visit family and friends or exploring new places.
