This property features 2 king beds, perfect for a good night's sleep as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. This retreat boasts a large backyard and patio seating for you and your friends or the perfect escape for a couple looking to get away. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, Wifi, HDTV and Nespresso coffee machine with complementary pods to start your day our right. This location is 1 mile to the USC Main Campus, 2 miles to Williams-Brice Stadium and the NAC and 3 miles from Colonial Life Arena. Truly exceptional home—crystal clean, well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds, linens, and towels. Walkable to shopping and so close to USC. Strongly recommend!

What a beautiful property in a great part of Columbia! Well appointed, very clean, easy access, and great communication. Was a perfect place for us while we moved our daughter in to USC. Love the proximity to Publix and the university. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits!

I loved this place from the moment we walked in! It was cute, cozy, comfortable, and absolutely immaculate. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, with great linens—which really matters when you want a good night’s sleep. I also loved the gas stove and the cozy back porch. Overall, the home was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable.

The bungalow was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was so cute, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great location for a USC campus visit. 5 minutes from campus and 5 Points. We can’t wait to come back and stay there again.

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The home was extremely clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything felt fresh and organized, which made it very comfortable for our family. The host was responsive, helpful, and very family friendly throughout our stay. As a military family in transition, we especially appreciated their support, flexibility, and understanding during the process. The check-in process was simple, and the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a clean, welcoming, and relaxing place to stay.

This property is a dream! Jill, the owner, is A at communication (even while being overseas on a family vacation) and always willing to answer questions and help with any issues. The house is located in a central location with plenty of great restaurants and shops you can walk to! I will miss watching the birds and squirrels in the great backyard while grilling. The kitchen is fully stocked. The decor is stylish yet relaxing and comfortable. It was everything we needed for a 2 week stay in Columbia. You will not be disappointed if you book this one!

Beautifully decorated and ideal location! Loved the decor, backyard and was stocked well. My son and fiance stayed here and loved the proximity to family and other restaurants, as well as William Brice Stadium! We will book again!
