Location, Location, Location!

The condo was neat, clean and comfortable. The location overlooking the Sea Mist Boat, Marina, Two Georges and Banana Boat was perfect! A walk across the bridge and down A1A provides access to the beach. A great place to stay to enjoy local activities.

Jacob's excellent property in Marina Village Boynton Beach

I truly enjoyed my 3 month stay at at the Marina Village Property. Jacob is a very friendly landlord and always very helpful. The very detailed instructions he provided allows you to check in in no time. The property is superb, clean, with a great view and a short walking distance from the marina and the beach. Also very close to I-95 and other restaurant and shopping alternatives. The unit was very well maintained, neat and clean.

Wonderful waterfront views

The pictures are worth a thousand words. This condo is just steps away from the inter-coastal waterway, overlooking "Two Georges" and "Banana Boat", two excellent restaurants within walking distance from your doorstep. You can charter a fishing trip, rent jet-skis or a boat right down at the Marina. The beach is a scenic 10 minute walk over the bridge then left to get to Boynton's Oceanfront Park where shade and picnic tables are available. The on-site amenities were a big plus. We used the pool and the gym every chance we could. The indoor parking garage was super convenient! We hope to return to Jakub's condo again someday!

OK if you’re staying for a few days but not comfortable if you’re planning on staying longer

The location is great. If you are planning on renting this property for an extended period of time be aware sofa and dining set are very uncomfortable. Kitchen needs to have old expired food left by other renters removed. Kitchen essentials are very limited. When we arrived we spent over 2 hours cleaning the entire unit. We definitely will rent again at Marina Village but will not rent this unit.

Très belle endroit , mais bruyant à cause des restaurants de la marina , piscine aucunement ensoleil

Très bon accueil du proprio, nous aurions aimé savoir que HOA chargeait $200 pour le séjour et $65 de plus si nous n’étions pas marié, que la piscine était complètement à l’ombre , et pour la plage cela est 12 à 15 minutes de marche. Et qu’il y avait du bruit tout les soirs à cause des restaurants. .Le condo est très bien . Merci

Excellent Stat

I rented this apartment for about 7 weeks. Jakub and Viktoria were absolutely wonderful. Very attentive to my needs and quickly responded to my questions/concerns. The location was wonderful surrounded by restaurants and the intercoastal. I would be happy to rent from them again!

A couple of things didn't work, but the host responded immediately

The building (with garage access on every floor) is clean and safe. You must have a fob to enter the building from the outside and from the garage. As a single senior lady, I felt very safe. The view is of the marina and intracoastal. You can even see it the minute you enter the apartment. I would definitely stay again.

Paradise in tropical Florida

Thank you for an amazing vacation. My family and I stayed for 6 weeks over the summer, condo is everything in the pictures. Great amenities, pool is beautiful and many close and fun activities around the area. Short walk to the beach public or private. Super nice,clean and quiet place!!

Super nice place to stay. Clean and luxury appartement. It is also very roomy place. I stayed ther by myself but i can easily fit a whole family. Very well equipped kitchen. Private place and really safe. The beach is about 5-10 minutes walk. I recommend this place that is for sure!! And the owner is easy to reach and cooperative.

Nice,Clean, quiet appartment

My husband and I rent this apartment for 1and1/2 month. It is a very nice apartment, very clean and quiet. The owners are very friendly .You have two restaurants in front of the building and the beach a few minutes walking. We recommend this apartment and we are ready to rent it again for friends or family coming from France.

Lovely Beach Apartment

We were guests in this super nice apartment in March. It simply exceeded our expectations: spotless clean, modern, and comfortable, felt like being home. Ocean view from the balcony was great as well as a short walk to the beaches. Owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs. I would recommend that great apartment to my friends and family.

Now we would like to share our paradise with you:-) Unlike many units here managed by busy realtors, we own and manage our unit directly without cutting corners. We live only 25 minutes from Marina Village in case you need anything.
