気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
We booked this place online.....paid in full, non refundable...a few days before we needed the apartment. Received confrmation. Cost applied to my credit card. Contacted owner morning before regarding check-in details - no response. Contacted owner again late afternoon - no response. This is less than 24 hours before check-in. Contacted VRBO. Owner had double booked, accepted another offer on a separate platform website, did not contact us. We had to scramble to find lodging the night before arrival. Owner did refund but really a very unkind and inconsiderate action to a booking. VRBO was not exactly helpful....said we could rebook another place thru them....yet they did not attempt to assist us to find lodging. A mad scramble during our vacation was not necessary.
