Welcome to this comfortable & recently updated home featuring 5 bdrms and 2.75 baths w/ central AC. All new SS kitchen appliances will delight foodies. Ideal for families & group travel. Available for monthly stays.15-20 minute drive to Seattle & Bellevue metro areas. Close to SeaTac Airport & Valley Hospital. Easy access to all conveniences , major retail centers: Westfield SC Mall, , Federal Way Commons.
Great base to begin day travel to Mt. Rainier, Cascades/Olympics , Peninsula, or Oregon etc.

Nice Stay

Went to the Seattle to visit the area with some friends. Enjoyed the property and the amenities. It was nice to have separate rooms for all the guests. Conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma. Host was accommodating with a later check in and early check out. Thanks for having us.

Nice house interesting manager

The house was large and clean. There was an issue with the washer where the water wasn't turned on all the way. Communication with the owner was tense at the time of original booking. I was asked to pay extra because she incorrectly listed the house at a different price. Once we were in the house communication was fine. Host was avaiable with any questions.

I have an incredible grp of old friends & we do a yearly golf trip. We are advancing in age (avg 68) & this requires the Vrbo house we stay in to meet certain needs/qualifications to ensure we all are able to enjoy our stay, while on vacation.We booked one but ended up in two of Lisa's houses. We were very happy with both houses. Very clean, spacious, & met our required needs, everyone complimented on how nice & soft the beds were (me too). Pots, pans & kitchen utensils were adequate. We did have a furniture issue, but there were no injuries. I'm big on breakfasts & the stove served us well, for all of our meals. The refrigerator was clean & spacious, kept all our food fresh & cold. We were close to the airport, so there were some internet connection issues (very slow). Overall, as a group, we were very happy with the houses.

Not great

From the start, I told the host I was booking on behalf of others and was told it wasn't a problem. Several days prior to check-in, reached out to verify the reservation was still good and was told I needed to be there with ID because she did in-person check-ins. The host was reminded the booking was on the behalf of others. This time she decided this was a problem. After multiple back and forth emails, the host eventually agreed but still with hesitation. After agreeing, she the wanted the names of every person staying. Then came "20 questions" about how many people were staying, asking multiple times. It just goes on and on. Simply put, I would not recommend this property, unless you like very obtrusive people getting all in your business. A hotel would have been better and cheaper.
