This charming 310 sq. ft. tiny home offers a seamless blend of style, comfort, and functionality. Featuring a private bedroom with an ensuite shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area, every detail has been carefully curated to provide an elevated and restful stay.

Step outside to your private backyard retreat—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation under the Sacramento sky. Enjoy some movies on the projector screen and get warm near the fire pit. Experience boutique-style living in this elegant, centrally located retreat in South Oak Park, Sacramento. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance and a beautifully designed backyard oasis—ideal for quiet mornings or evening relaxation. This thoughtfully curated ADU blends comfort and sophistication, offering a serene escape in the heart of the city. We kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking inside the property.

Quaint Sacramento

I am from Sacramento and unfortunately didn’t have any family able to house me and my puppy for the holidays. Lily’s guest house was a perfect little setup for me and my dog while we were home. Surprisingly spacious for one person and fully equipped with everything I needed and more; there was not much to complain about. The private backyard area with cover and seating was a nice addition; although it was really muddy during my visit and so we couldn’t utilize it as much as we wanted. I am sure it will be great for nice, quiet, and private evenings during the summer. Don’t expect much from the immediate neighborhood as it’s not the nicest, but a short drive will get you to some better areas with big parks and shopping. Overall had a great visit.

It was an escape from reality while being the reality I want.

Overall great stay! I loved every little detail in the cottage, ample room in the fridge, ample room in the cottage. The greens on the walls were my favorite part! It was decorated just how I would decorate so it was wonderful to be in that space. We celebrated our first Christmas there, so I'm sure we'll be back for future visits!

Adorable stay with thoughtful details

I LOVED this stay! The decor was fabulous, and there were so many thoughtful details put into not only the preparation of my stay but the cottage itself. I brought my cat with me and the property is 420 friendly. The hosts are very kind and have created a wonderfully luxurious experience that you should try. 10/10

The property manager and the cottage were fantastic! It’s a beautifully renovated ADU with so many personal touches that make you feel at home. The bed and pillows are comfortable, which is a rare finding with Air BNBs! The host is very responsive and accommodating! Our biggest concern though was the neighborhood - it seems to be a pretty rough part of town. We didn’t feel safe going for a walk with our dog and didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car parked on the street. The cottage and host definitely get 10/10, but the neighborhood is much less perfect.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

My partner and I were very impressed with the quality of this cottage! From mixing modernity to embracing comfort, we enjoyed all the features & amenities provided to us. Parking was not an issue and the hosts were great with their communication.

I book it for a friendz the inside was awesome, super nice. But the neighborhood is a bit undesirable, a overall the inside wins out. I will book it again
