All have been thoughtfully chosen to create an atmosphere of timeless elegance and comfort. Every element has been thoughtfully selected to transport you back to an earlier time, but with modern conveniences. Classic Mission-style oak furniture, radiant Tiffany-style lamps, more than 40 captivating Frank Lloyd Wright-Inspired stained art glass windows and signature Teco-style pottery. Each piece evokes the spirit of Frank Lloyd Wright’s designs.

To ensure your stay is as effortless as is elegant, we now provide concierge services and breakfast, alongside modern essentials like a full kitchen, high-speed internet, and in-unit laundry. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-There is a Gardener Cottage and Studio located in a separate building on the property and are not not included in the rental.
-Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, radio, and phone charger for your convenience.
-A fully stocked kitchen and pantry are included, including: freshly ground and instant coffees and teas; oatmeal, pancake and waffle mixes; and maple syrup for your enjoyment!
-No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
-Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles located within the properties front, circular driveway, with access on Legeer Road.

-Front door entry instructions: This rental utilizes a lock box that requires a unique code to enter. Prior to your arrival, Vacasa will provide the front entry code that is reset after each guest's stay.
-Security camera details: There are cameras on the detached Gardener’s Cottage and studio. The Gardeners Cottage and Studio are located in a separate building on the property (with separate entrances) and are not included in the rental. The cameras are not trained on the rental house.
-You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
