The Primary suite features a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a double vanity and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or guests with 2 Twin bunk beds. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and shares a well-appointed guest bath. The living room also includes a sofa sleeper, allowing the condo to accommodate up to 10 guests.

The condo's large, fully equipped kitchen boasts custom cabinets, a breakfast bar, a spacious island, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee maker, making it ideal for preparing meals. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.
