We were offered a condo in place of one that was no longer available. We were told that the condo was larger than the one we initially rented, but in fact was not as nice, and not as big.There were a couple other things , such as light coming thru one window, made it difficult to sleepAnd the remote in one bedroom was not a good oneCannot really say we were fully satisfied.The river view was excellent and trail was Very nice Location of the place excellent.We have enjoyed each visit and staff have been wonderful, but would not want this rental.Another one maybe if price was within our budget.Sincerely Gilbert Scott

After we booked the property it subsequently became unavailable. The property manager offered an acceptable alternative which worked out well. However the original booking was never updated so we cannot rate the actual property where we stayed.

Very pleased overall. Condo was clean, quiet and enough room for 2 adults and 3 children. Bathrooms and decor were updated and resort amenities kept us entertained. Only things that could be improved were there was a few kitchen items we wanted that were lacking including a pizza pan, mixing bowls and storage containers but the kitchen itself was good. Wish we were a shorter distance to the lake as this is where the kids wanted to spend free time and we needed to drive there. And maybe it was just us, but our bed at home doesn't creak when moving around. View was pretty and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching wildlife. Checking in and out was seamless with the thorough instructions. We would stay here again.

Short anniversary getaway

Property was great!! We’ve stayed in numerous condos there at Point Royal and this one has been the nicest so far! The view was wonderful!!

Had a very relaxing, restful quite time while staying here. No noice at all, even when others were watching tv. Host was excellent We even stayed another night than expected very very clean

Great Stay

Check in was super easy, the only person you had to talk to was the guard shack attendant. All check in instructions were easy to follow and given to you via VRBO in advance. The property was beautiful, and the view was amazing. I really enjoyed the wine rack that was for the guest to leave their favorite wine and take a bottle that another guest had left. This was a great idea. It was off the main strip in Branson, but only minutes away from all of the attractions. Great place to stay.

Week getaway

The condo was very nice and relaxing! This place is not lacking in anything you might need for the kitchen. It was very well stocked! Location is great for any shows or visiting the landing! Be sure and enjoy the hot tub and pool! The neighborhood was nice Capone”s restaurant was near entrance you need to check this place out the shows on Friday and Saturday very nice and just a few miles away! Vey nice week!!

Really nice condo, peaceful and nice views

We really enjoyed our short trip here. It is in a gated community on a gold course. The condo was quiet, very clean and had really nice views from the balcony. We enjoyed just sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening relaxing. The check-in process was very easy. We had a little trouble with the door lock, but figured it out fairly quickly. Our only suggestion would be, like some of the other reviewers, is to get a new mattress for the master bedroom. It is very noisy/creaky and we felt like there was a bit of slant into the middle of the bed. My husband particularly felt like he was sliding into the middle of the bed all night. Overall, though, one of the nicest places we've stayed. Also liked the fact that it was on the yellow line and you could avoid a lot of the traffic on the main strip. Easy to get to the strip if you wanted to, but you didn't have to use it if you didn't want/need to. I'm actually planning on bringing my mom to Branson in the Spring and I would definitely consider coming back here.

Nice place!

Enjoyed our stay! Only one issue found pretzels between the sheets so changed them considering wasn't sure if was from previous visitor. Otherwise perfectly nice place to stay and nice view!

Nice Stay!

We enjoyed our first trip to Branson and this was a wonderful location.  I love that it's walking distance to the pool and has a gorgeous view!  We had a few issues as the tv in the guest room was not working correctly, but they were diligent in getting the tv to working order. It was not a big deal to us.  The master bed is extremely squeaky, as in someone moves at night and it will wake the other.  Small items like shampoo and kitchen mixing bowls would have made it an even better visit. I found the strict check-in and parking restrictions a bit inflexible, especially for visitors traveling from out of town. It would be nice to have more flexibility in these areas.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT

My family and I have been coming to Branson at least once a year for the past 10 years or so and this has become our favorite place to stay, this was our 2nd time staying here and won't be our last. Very spacious condo with plenty of room to spread out for the 4 of us (parents who are in their 70's and my teenage son). Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of movie channels, a wii, DVD player with DVD waiting for you to enjoy. Strong internet in case you have to get some work done, I usually do and always setup a little work station at the dinning room table, which is perfect. The back patio is a wonderful little area for relaxing, and watching/listening to the birds and a couple of cats that roam around in the mornings. The condo is within walking distance to the beautiful pools (one indoor and one outdoor). This last time we stayed we ended up getting ourselves locked out and we had to reach out to the owners/management team for help. They sent someone out right away and we were back in the condo within 20 minutes. They always go above and beyond for their guests and they respond to messages within minutes. There's so much more I could say about this place, we absolutely love it and are already looking at dates for our next trip.

We love Branson!

Wonderful to have 2 bathrooms!! Some of the basics such as shampoo, bowls for mixing were not present, but just small things. Thank you for the stay!

Great property all around from check in to check out

We will definitely stay again, the location was great and the property easy to find. We absolutely loved the convenience. The property was very cleaned and well maintained. My only complaint would be the comfort of the bed, however everyone is different on firm vs soft, so it can be expected. Loved the pool areas and ease to get to them. Beautiful views. Property felt very safe and secure. A+++++

Beautiful Condo

Very clean and well equipped condo. Everything was updated and nice. The outside porch was very nice and had a decent view of the lake. Everything was well stocked and the property manager communicated well. There’s even a Wii to play games on rainy days.

Cozy, Comfy and Convenient

My husband and I booked this condo for our anniversary trip. The condo was nice, clean, cozy and had a nice view from the back patio. It was conveniently located to many of the sites we wanted to visit and had a variety of restaurant options. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and we always received a prompt, friendly response. We would gladly recommend this property.
