Experience stunning views from this 38th Floor penthouse condo at the Waikiki Banyan! Condo features a full-size kitchen- with dishwasher and a full-size oven, dining for 4, and 2 queen beds to comfortably sleep your family of 4. Enjoy the open floor plan or close the sliding wall to separate the bedroom for privacy. Best of all, you'll have incredible views from the living area, or bedroom, and a FREE parking spot for your vehicle. Known for being a family friendly building, you can enjoy ythe 6th floor rec deck which offers a large pool, hot tubs, children's play area, and BBQs.

Insects, “pests”, geckos, and anything else of such nature are a valuable part of our ecosystem. Just like any other host, or hotel, we routinely treat for household insects, while it is rare to see such inside, it is always a possibility given our environment. This is especially the case if food, trash, or dirty dishes are left out. Please understand that they are naturally occurring and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the unit. Free parking! Must I say more. View was incredible. Waikiki beach was not as crowded as I expected. Snorkeling was great and I got to swim with turtles.

Great condo. Waking up to the ocean view was special. We always stay at Waikiki Banyon and this was one of the best condos there. We have family in Honolulu and have been coming for decades.

Great relaxing stay

Great ocean view from balcony. Taking the elevators to and from the 38th floor was much easier than we expected. The noise rises up from the street, but the view made up for that and didn't really take anything away from the stay. We had a great time.

The apartment was well appointed with nice furnishings and even a fairly comfortable sleeper sofa. Walking distance to the beach was a plus. Please note that the parking garage cannot accommodate oversize vehicles (GMC Denali) so we had to find parking on the street.

The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of kitchen items to prepare whatever you want. Owner responded quickly to an issue we had. Its an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We parked the car and never used it because everying is withing walking distance. If all you want to do is stay in Wikiki, you don't need a car. Taxi is 60 to the airport. The supplied beach umbrella, chairs and wagon were perfect for a relaxing day at Kuhio Beach.I would definitely book this on my next visit.

Great Location

The location was great and property exactly as described. Free parking was a plus because we had a rental car! Overall we were satisfied with the property. The only issue was some sewage smell coming from either the bathroom or under the kitchen sink. We would come home nightly and there was strong sewage odor. The AC unit is loud but it did not bother us but if you like quiet for sleeping it might bother you. Bathroom doors was a weird set up and a bit annoying.

Clean. Nice.

Beds were comfortable overall pretty clean. We need some coffee filters filters. The street noise does echo up. Everything worked. Thank you for the blender. Elevators take a long time during high commute times.

good location, pool closed

We chose property partly for the location and for the view of the ocean from the room - we enjoyed both. The beds were comfortable and unit was decent. The 2 doors to the bathroom were annoying as they would hit each other. The pool was an important amenity and we were frustrated that the pool was closed for half of our stay with no advanced warning. Unit could use more attention to cleaning bathroom and ceiling fans - buildup of dust and lint.

We were very happy with this property. The management was easy to get ahold of through text and phone. The view was fantastic and the unit was well equipped. There was a wagon, 4 beach chairs, and an umbrella available to use. The beds were very comfortable. We spent many evenings on the balcony watching the ocean with our cocktails. It was a block or 2 to the beach and there were lots of shopping and food options nearby. We wished there were a couple more seating options in the living area. The couch technically sits 3, but the unit is for up to 6. We were 5, so a comfortable chair or 2 would have been great. We just had to sit at the kitchen table, which was uncomfortable. The light in the shower and toilet room was burnt out and not fixed while we were there. We used a flashlight or left the door open for light. The electrical outlet in the bathroom also did not work. Shaving, drying hair and styling with tools took place in the kitchen, which was not ideal, but worked. The lock had a glitch. We were able to fiddle with the batteries and it worked again. The manager was quick to get back to me and checked the lock for us. We didn’t have another issue with it. Having a covered parking spot was such a huge asset!
