This recently completed ranch style home is located in a quiet and relaxing new subdivision on the southwest side of Washington close to the fairways and greens of the Washington Golf and Country Club.

You will feel right at home in this two bedroom, two bath home that features NO STEPS, an oversized one stall garage, full laundry facilities, and a dedicated workspace.

Family and friends reunion

It was clean and tidy with a nice working kitchen. We had small gatherings of family and friends there and it was perfect for that.

Washington weekend

Great house, location and Host!

Super clean, excellent house. I stayed here while in town for work for a week, perfect home away from home. It is setup perfect for home cooking while staying there, everything you need! Great amenities, very close to town but still a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking in the area!

Great stay

Nice, new construction 2 bedroom with en suite baths home. Well appointed home, we were very comfortable here. Husband & son enjoyed the snacks water. Thanks for your hospitality. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for my family to stay while in town for a wedding. Clean, comfortable, well furnished and great communication from the owner. We would definitely rent again.

Great place!

I rented this unit for my adult sons to stay in while in this area for early family Thanksgiving. It worked great for a meet up spot. The owners have thought of everything: the unit is very well furnished and super comfortable, modern and new. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!

Washington, Iowa Stay

I would 100% recommend this property to anyone. I was visiting my son at the University of Iowa and was looking for a space that had full accommodations, so I could cook my own meals, have some extra space to spread out and relax. It a little bit of a drive from Iowa City, but it's completely worth it. The locations is quiet, no traffic, just all-around great location. You are close to lots of food options, grocery if you need it.The space was immaculate clean. I was impressed with the offerings of washing detergent, and dryer sheets if you needed to do a load of laundry.Another thing I really liked was being able to park inside the garage.I will be staying here again, next time I am in Iowa City.
