Located in Deerfield Beach, this cottage is a dream. With 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, guests can enjoy a serene stay in this perfect retreat. Complete with WiFi, Split unit AC, a washing machine, and more, this cozy space offers everything needed for a comfortable getaway. 5 minutes from the beach and night life and walking distance from shopping center.


In walking distance (4-6 min walk) are:
-Park with Basketball court and football field
-Plaza with spa's, sushi restaurant, smoke shop, gym etc.
-Fast food restaurants (Dunkin, McDonalds, Wendy's)

Less than 2 miles drive is everything you need, my favorites include:
-The Deerfield Beach with the boardwalk and the chill/surfer downtown area
-The Cove shops which has mostly local mom & pop shops and restaurants (favs: Modern Rose, Sticky Buns, La Val De Loire, Casa Maya, brewery, bar on the canal

Also, the cottage is located in an area that has a city service called FreeBee which is a FREE ride service that picks you up and drops you off from the house in a Tesla anywhere in Deerfield. Its a city sponsored app 'Freebee'. Definitely download it!

Quaint Getaway

The moment we entered the sturdy fence, it felt like a secure and private sanctuary. The abundance for flowers and trees and the free range chickens added a delightful rustic appeal. We enjoyed sitting on the patio listing to birds and watching the chickens contently peck the ground. This was a great place to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Respite from the storm

My husband, friend Jimmy and our dogs needed shelter from hurricane Milton'. The house was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. I bent wait to go back under less stressful circumstances!

Thanksgiving was saved!

I was supposed to go see family for Thanksgiving but plans were canceled. I needed a place that had a nice kitchen so i could cook some good food. This property delivered. Very well maintained and stocked kitchen. Very cozy house with a fire pit, 3 hens running around and privacy fence around the whole property. Excellent hosts. I would highly recommend.

We had to cancel after arriving (host was wonderful to deal with)

The location wasn't where we expected it to be (that is not on the host - it's how VRBO does the location before you get the address). And although there was a wonderful, cold A/C in the living room, there wasn't central AC. These two aspects necessitated our cancellation after we got there.Thankfully, the host was amazing. She immediately processed the refund request (minus the fees she is charged by VRBO). And she was wonderful to deal with.Had she had a property in the location we expected to be in, we would have loved to have considered another option with her.

Upon your arrival, it appears there was some confusion regarding the entry instructions, as you attempted to access the property through the back door rather than the front, where detailed check-in instructions had been provided. To assist, the owner drove 15 minutes to personally welcome you and give you a walkthrough of the home. We were happy to help and continued to support you with follow-up calls to ensure you felt comfortable with everything. We do want to gently mention a few concerns that arose during your stay: we noticed additional guests joined your group without prior notice, a few household items were damaged, and a member of your party disrupted the chickens in the yard. Despite these issues, we remained committed to providing courteous and responsive service throughout your visit.
