Beautifully Updated Home
The home had recent updates with nice tiled bathroom floors, luxury laminate floors in the living room, bedrooms, and kitchen, and quality appliances. It was immaculate, with new towels and bed linen. The location was convenient just six minutes from Lake Conroe where restaurants and shops are located. However it was tucked away toward the end of a winding street where several houses are located where the residents maintain cluttered garages and unkept homes. However, two houses to the immediate left appear to be new constructions or newly renovated. There was no paved driveway, so we parked on the grass in front of the house. The grass needed to be cut. One final thing, though the house is set up to accommodate several people, there’s comfortable seating in the living room for only 4 people.
