This was the perfect house for what we needed it for. It was clean, simple, and had plenty of room for our team. Grace was an amazing host, super accommodating to our needs, and flexible with check out time. We’d stay here again!

Concert Weekend

Overall great! Nice, clean neighborhood. Grocery stores are close. Pool was amazing. House smelled clean when we arrived. I would caution, there are t a lot of towels and TP happened to be low, but owner door dashed some to the house - which was nice. If you’re going to use the kitchen for more than storing your food, bring cooking supplies. We planned to make breakfast and the kitchen only had one small pan. Coffee maker is super small too. But- clean, quiet overall.

Bare Necessities

The check-in process was smooth. Grace sent the details we needed before we arrived. There is not a guest book with details about the area or the check out process. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bathrooms had small wash cloths for drying your hands on - no hand towels. The drawers in the bathrooms were empty and needed a little more cleaning. The kitchen had what we needed. The oven did not work properly. We reheated a pizza for 30 minutes at 350 and it was barely warm. The carpet upstairs is in bad repair. Upstairs the bare essentials are provided. All in all not what I expected but this house worked for what we needed. An hour before we left Grace sent a few check out instructions. All went smooth. Thank you for letting us stay!

I’m not sure where to start. There were no working smoke or co2 detectors in the home. Huge issue as all rooms are upstairs. Unplugged from the hard wiring and no batteries. There were thumb tacks and pins all over in the walls and we found one on the stairs. Thankfully nobody stepped on it. They had washcloths for hand towels and no kitchen towels or oven mitts. The kitchen was severely lacking of utensils, pots, pans and pretty much everything. The dishwasher didn’t work well and we cleaned out the filter which appeared to have never been cleaned out. There were burned out and missing lightbulbs throughout the home as well as a missing outlet cover in a bedroom. The carpet was torn up and had some crusty spots on it. The bathroom soap was pretty much water. We found garbage under the bed. Cat hair in the windowsills. The shower curtain was yellow at the bottom. The baseboards and walls were dirty. The kitchen chairs were wobbly. Random shoes in a kitchen cabinet. The host was however very responsive and sent us some detectors but they were only CO detectors. She checked to see how things were going, and let us have a later check out time. She was easy to work with but there were just too many issues to address at the time. The property has great potential it just needs some serious attention. The backyard was cute and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living area is spacious. The A/C worked well. The pictures truly do not reflect the state of the space.

Our stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing due to multiple cleanliness and maintenance concerns upon arrival. The home did not appear to be properly prepared for guests, and we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience.Some of the concerns included dirty and unusable dishes, lack of basic cleaning supplies, insufficient utensils, overflowing outside trash/recycling, muddy garage floors, cobwebs, broken fixtures, leaking plumbing with visible mold under the upstairs sink, damaged carpet areas, and bedroom curtains that did not properly cover the windows. We also had to purchase our own cleaning and kitchen necessities during the stay.Additionally, checkout instructions were not provided until 5:00 AM on the day of departure, which created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.To the host’s credit, they did respond to our complaint; however, the resolution offered was unsatisfactory, as the issues were largely attributed to the cleaning team rather than addressing the overall condition and guest experience. The principal of the matter is that guests should expect a property to be clean, maintained, and properly prepared upon arrival.We do have photos documenting the conditions described above and can provide them if confirmation is needed.
