Nice 3 bedroom

Lots of beds and 2 dens in this 3 bedroom. Big kitchen with tons of space. Bonus of getting a hot tub and pickleball court. Owner is super easy to communicate with and a great host!

The perfect Austin stay

Michael was an exceptional host. He was quick to respond and helped answer any questions we had super quick. The house was perfect- clean, organized, and a perfect addition to our trip. The hot tub worked beautifully and there were games to play as well as a pickle ball court to keep us busy. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great stay! Amazing backyard with stellar views.

I loved my stay at michael's house. The house was clean, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was nice amd practical. But my favorite part by far was the outdoor spaces. Super private with really awesome views of the hills. At night the Backyard lights up with a lot of really Well done landscape/hardscape lighting. Pickleball court was well maintained and so was the hot tub. Communication with the host was great. Ill be back for sure!

Disappointingly inconsiderate and unprofessional

The host cancelled my reservation the morning that I was planning to arrive without any explanation. I didn’t see the notification until I was on my way to the property.

Do not be fooled by the looks of this rental! There is someone living there that is very dirty! My family & my grandchildren could not even go in the backyard due to dog mess EVERYWHERE!!!!! All yard shears and trimmers left thrown on the ground as well as a pair of rolled up men's socks on the stairs going down to the pickleball court. The pickleball court was a filthy disaster. I was told by the manager/owner?? that the yard became dirty from April to August. Yards just don't look good in August. He blamed some of it on a storm the night before and my daughter (who lives nearby told me it did not storm the night before). He felt like if the pillowcase was changed and he came over to put the toilet seat back on that everything should be fine for us to stay. Within one hour of deciding what to do we left the premises and had to spend more money to find a for our family. He texted me at 10PM Friday night telling me to come back. I told him NO. I told him I was going to pursue filing a claim and his final words were "Good Luck". He never addressed the backyard except to say the yard men came by and apparently, they didn't do what they were supposed to do. There was a big stain on the rug that looked like a dog had diarrhea on it and it wasn't cleaned property. The manager had an excuse for everything but yet noted there were "issues" at the house that WOULD be addressed. So clearly, he knew the house was not up to par!
