Hosting is in my blood; it’s a cherished tradition that we Southerners take pride in. From a young age, I learned the art of making guests feel welcome and at home, a skill that comes naturally to me.
I find joy in bringing smiles to people’s faces, whether through a shared meal, a heartfelt conversation, or simply offering a helping hand. Life in Louisiana has taught me to appreciate the simple things – the beauty of a sunset, the comfort of a home-cooked meal, and the laughter of loved ones. I brought all those skills with me up to East Tennessee back in 1995.
