Spacious 6-bedroom+ Studio Apartment with 12+ Guests-Dog friendly in Homer Hills

Discover this 3-story very large and spacious house up on the Homer Hills. Just 10 minutes to the Homer Harbor. It boasts 6-bedrooms with an additional studio apartment for more space with groups of more than 10, a true gem in Homer. If you have 11 or less guests and want to add on the studio you can do so for an additional cost (just inquire about adding on). We are dog friendly, but please be sure to add your pet to your reservation as there is an additional fee to have your dog. Also, the nightly rate is based on up to 11 guests. There is an additional fee, per guest, per night for any additional guests 12 through 16, which provides the use of the studio automatically once these guests are added on (no additional cleaning fee is assessed).

Main Level features an office/bedroom with 1 Twin bed in it and a desk if you'd like to do some work while you are away. An open kitchen with plenty of room and counter space to cook a delicious meal. Also has an additional bakers pantry with an extra stove and kitchen sink for more room to prep and cook. There is a half bath on the main level.

Go up the staircase to the Second Level there are 5 bedrooms: 2 master suites each with its own bathroom and 3 additional bedrooms and a bathroom down the hall with double washer and dryer located in hall bathroom.

Third level boasts a very spacious studio apartment with its own kitchen, large bathroom with additional washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings, seating area and 3 additional beds for more sleeping space and a nice view of the hills from the window!!
