Spacious 4BR/2.5BA Rome retreat for 12! Perfect for families, this home features a private backyard oasis with a pool & hot tub. Challenge friends in the epic game room with a pool table & arcade games. Located in the quiet Great Northwood Community, you're just minutes from downtown Rome and Berry College. Enjoy modern amenities, a full kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi for a memorable stay.

Step into your spacious and fun-filled home away from home. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house is designed for comfort and entertainment for up to 12 guests.

Your unique access code will be provided prior to your check-in for self-check-in convenience.

We are Rocky and Pam, your hosts! While we respect your privacy and will not be on-site during your stay, we are available and offer direct communication. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or if you need assistance to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Perfect Stay!!

The house is beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen. Great for family meals! Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The pool is awesome. If we visit Rome in the future, we will definitely book Rocky 1 again!!

Beautiful home, very clean. Loved that the pool had already blown up floaties waiting for us so it was very inviting. Hot tub was full of water and clean with proper chem balance (no overpowering chlorine smell that some hot tubs have). Cabinets and light switches all had labels that made finding things easy. The beds are all single later (just mattress no box spring) so they weren't quite as comfortable as i would have expected for the house or price range, and the master shower design is poor - the floor is a cheap fiberglass bottom that creaked with every step, there were no soap holders, and the shower head direction leads to the water spraying out on the floor. And it takes quite some time to warm up. For an executive home the master didn't seem to fit normal expectations, so for that I gave it a 4 star on price. And each room could use an extra blanket. Other than that we were very pleased with the house and would book again.

Thank you for your review. the shower floor is being fixed we noticed the squeaking the house has a lot of great qualities, it is heavily booked, 9 foot ceilings. etc. and price is very good. we do appreciate you staying. with us. and will do our best to keep it high quality for everyone

Baseball Tournament Home Plate

A huge home that's pet friendly, nice kitchen, pool, hot tub, etc. This was exactly what we look for. Our trip was for baseball, but here's stuff to do in Rome and Rock City is a cool, short drive without any Interstates.

This property was great for our family during our visit to Rome. The location was just what we were wanting as we were visiting Berry college. Cleanliness was exceptional upon our arrival. All the furniture and seating was very comfortable for us. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The kids enjoyed the games in the garage and spending time in the pool. Communication with Rocky was easy and he reached out to us after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks, Rocky! We are looking forward to booking this property again in the future.
