Escape to this welcoming condo in picturesque Marco Island. This gorgeous property features a direct beach view along a wraparound balcony and immediate access to the beach. This beautiful unit was just remodeled in September 2024 and features 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. With 2 bathrooms equipped with brand new showers and vanities, guests will feel right at home. There's even an additional living space with a pull-out queen bed for extra comfort. One of the best manicured and maintained properties in Marco Island. Climate-controlled large pool. Probably the nicest pool in Marco Island. Very safe building with friendly staff. Opposite end of the beach from hotels and weekly rentals ensures almost a private beach experience. The apartment has been recently remodeled in September 2024 and features brand new upgraded bathrooms and bedrooms. New flooring and paint as well. Next to some of the Island's best restaurants. Enjoy one of the best values and most comfortable stays on the Island. Book now and enjoy everything this condo has to offer.
