Completely renovated 18th Floor beach front Condo on Marco Island for the selective traveler. This elegant and modern beachfront property, located in the Admiralty House building, is beautifully furnished and staged to provide the ultimate escape in paradise. With the beach only steps away, enjoy the sounds and gentle breeze of the ocean from the one of two balconies. The spectacular sunrises and and incredible city views are unforgettable, and sitting on the beach at sunset is must see. Enjoying a swim in the heated pool or playing tennis at the private tennis courts are a fun way to get daily exercise, or simply enjoy a lazy afternoon at the beach.

With only six units per floor, the unit (which comfortably sleeps 4) features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped Kitchen. The fully furnished living space and open-concept dining area lead directly onto the wrap-around South balcony providing incredible beach views. The bedrooms are connected by the end-to-end East balcony showcasing incredible sunrises and beautiful evening views of the city in all it’s splendor.

The dinning area table seats six and provides some incredible views of the beach while enjoying your daily meals. A high-table and two high-chairs on the South Balcony provide a great opportunity for romantic moments should you choose to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just a relaxing cocktail throughout the day. At night, enjoy the beautiful lights of Marco Island on the East balcony.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with pillows and a comforter. It is furnished with a dresser , two night tables, and a closet with plenty of storage space. An in-suite bathroom is nicely decorated with make-up lights built into the mirror, and a full size shower.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, pillows and a comforter. It includes two night tables and a closet for your storage needs. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom door and also has make-up lights built into the mirror, and a shower.

Each bedroom comes with two sets of linens, bath and beach towels. There is a washer and dryer shared by the six units on the floor located by the elevators.

For your convenience, we have included free Wi-Fi, HD cable, and a 60 inch TV with Hulu, Netflix and Prime Video apps installed (just sign into your personal accounts). Also, you will have access to an assigned covered parking space near the entrance to the building and a storage locker (located above the assigned space) where you will find beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

The Admiralty House building is perfect for families or couples, with its amicable nature, quiet atmosphere and private beach entrance. It is a safe and secure building North of residence beach, near the famous Tigertail beach. Activities such as water sports, golfing, hiking, dolphin tours, bird-watching, and yoga are within walking distance. World-class dining is available in both casual and formal settings within minutes of the location.

Naples is just a 30-minute drive away, and with fishing off the Pier, shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue, art exhibitions in the park and Tin City, anyone of any age can find an excellent way to spend the day.

You must book AT LEAST 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE of your check-in date as you will need to complete and submit an Occupancy Agreement and Background application to be reviewed by the condo association.

Minimum rental is 30 days (28/29 days in February) - Admiralty House has updated their policy to enforce this minimum. You are welcome to stay for up to 90 days or more during one rental period, if available. A discount would apply.
