14th floor high-rise in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, located in the historic Peachtree Towers. This property includes a scenic view with a private balcony.

This condo is comfortable, spacious, and brightly lit. It includes a comfortable queen bed and cozy queen sleeper sofa bed. You will enjoy large flat screen smart TVs which also includes local cable and high speed internet. Enjoy the newly remodeled bathroom which includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Walking distance to many Atlanta attractions such as: Americas Mart, GWCC, State Farm Arena, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Centennial Olympic Park, Museums, MARTA and more.

All measures are taken to ensure cleanliness. All linens including throws are washed thoroughly after every stay. The queen mattresses are wrapped in an encasement. All pillows are wrapped in protective encasements under each pillow case. Door knobs, light switches, and high touch areas are sanitized after every stay.

It's the perfect location for business, leisure travel or a couples getaway.

The place was well done and very clean, everything worked for us in the place. For a short stay is a very good option in Atlanta if you’re looking to be near the uptown, you can go walking everywhere and I definitely come back in a future visit to Atlanta.

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean, equipped with everything we needed will definitely stay again. The only thing I’d stay we didn’t care much for was the crowds hanging outside.

Nice property

Overall, my stay was good. The property managers were fantastic, and I had a great experience. I will note that the surrounding area has a significant unhoused population. While I didn’t encounter any issues, it’s something to be aware of.
