Southern Texas Two Bedroom Two Bathroom

Very nice, new, well furnished property. Comfortable bedrooms each with their own bathroom and great closet space. Nice kitchen dining room area well-stocked with appliances, cookware and utensils. Work/computer desk made it nice to work away from home. Bedrooms and living room has nice large smart tvs. Pellet Grill in backyard. Host was very nice and made sure we had what we needed.

Newly furnished and fully stocked all your needs are cared for. Dishwasher and Washer and dryer included with laundry soaps.

This is a quiet newly built neighborhood centrally located in the RGV in the quiet town of La Feria with easy access to the expressway (between Harlingen and Mercedes and 1 hr from South Padre Island). Premium Outlets only 6 miles away for fun shopping experiences!
In the evenings you often see families walking around the neighborhood and playing with their kids. It's close enough for easy access to the expressway without the traffic noise. We love this location!

*Eat extremely well - Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of assorted spices for cooking amazing meals and smoking your favorite rib eye on the Loredo 1000 Pit Boss Pellet Smoker
*Have plenty of entertainment- From Family game night (Clue, Scattergories, Taboo, Battleship, Balderdash, Dominos, Cards or a Puzzle),read interesting books or watch your favorite streaming movie on the three 58" Smart TVs. We provide the popcorn and soft blankets to cuddle up in! There's plenty to do in the nearby towns- Premium Shopping Outlets only 6 miles away, Harlingen in 11 miles away, La Plaza Mall in McAllen is 30 minutes and South Padre Island is an hour away (beach Towels provided)
