This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is a private house located in an up and becoming neighborhood just a short 7-minute walk to the subway. This subway station gets you to midtown Manhattan in 35 minutes. There is also plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and convenience stores in the area. Rochester Park is a beautifully redone park just 2 short blocks away.

We are more than happy to help with any needs and concerns. We are always around and available if need be. Please don't hesitate to contact us.

One of Brooklyn’s unsung hot spots, Crown Heights offers easy access to some of the borough’s preeminent institutions: it borders the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and is home to the Brooklyn Children’s Museum. Known for its populations of Hasidic Jews and Caribbean immigrants, the neighborhood features a mix of cultures—and some very tasty restaurants. Every September the spectacular West Indian American Day Parade draws revelers to the area.

Very spacious and great place for my group of friends to stay! We all were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. It’s a few minutes walk to a subway station. When we arrived the place had not been cleaned yet but the host quickly resolved the issue and we had no further issues. This is not in the best area of town so be aware if you plan to arrive late at night. However we had no problems during our stay! Would stay again

We stayed here while attending a family funeral, and the place met our needs. It was clean, had enough bed space for our family, and the location was very convenient — close to everything in Brooklyn.Parking was not an issue at all; we were able to park our rental car right in front with no problems.There were a few cosmetic things that could be improved, such as the flooring, and having more towels would have been helpful. However, the washer and dryer made it easy to wash towels overnight. A coded lock instead of physical keys would also be a nice upgrade.Overall, I’d rate the stay about a 8.5 out of 10.

This property was clean, roomy, and easily accessible via subway, and an easy UBER/Taxi from JFK. We were 5 adults and 1-12 year-old. The host was exceptionally responsive.

The area was a bit nerve wracking as we were in a neighborhood I wasn’t very comfortable with. The host didn’t remedy the shower situation of it not working til the 3rd day of our stay … the washer didn’t work…It was clean and comfortable but disappointing we didn’t have fully working shower and there were no washcloths or hand towels..

Great little spot in Brooklyn

You’re about a 45 minute subway ride to anywhere in manhattan, quick 7min walk to the station. Food and delis all around this location. Good spot for a large family needing a budget friendly choice near the city!

Perfect for our 7 day trip

Property was very clean Spacious and comfortable. Beds had nice linen w/nice size bedtooms. Kitchen everything we needed. Subway few blocks 9 min walk. Bus pick up at front door. Deli and matkets close by.We had issue w/washer but was fixrd quickly. Response by text was very quick. We would stay here again!

Brooklyn Getaway

Came after Christmas for a few days to explore Chinatown in Queens and Manhattan. Great location, and excellent large space for the six of us with room to spare! Wonderful neighborhood restaurants within walking distance and many markets close by. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in BKN

Had a great time with friends in Brooklyn. The VRBO was really nice. The actual property is a little bit away from the public-facing address, which the host will ask if you’re okay with after you book. The area is definitely not bourgeois but we had no issues despite looking like we were lost (haha).

Just the right location

This property served me and my family well. Being from Brooklyn originally, I was a little skeptical of the location. To my surprise, the neighborhood was quieter than expected and the property exceeded my expectations.

Great place that was a short walk from the train, making it really accessible to all of New York! Was perfect for a place to crash as we explored the city.Only things were that there were cracks in the floorboards, leading to regular ants and no cleaning supplies help clean them up (we had to buy some). Also, the in-unit washer and drier must’ve been unplugged because they did not work.Super nice space though and besides those small things we had a great time!

Space itself was spacious and comfortably fit our group of 7. It was well maintained, offered some kitchen cleaning supplies, and the in-unit W/D was very useful.There was a minor confusion with the booking address, as the one listed on the Vrbo differed from the one listed on the booking management platform that was sent to us to check-in.The front bedroom does face a main street, which was noisy depending if it's a weekend/weekday, so something to consider if you're a light sleeper!

Crown Heights Stay

Check in was easy, and listing is just like the pictures. Plenty of clean towels available. Wish we had thicker blankets/comforters, the linens were on the thinner side for winter in NYC. Also, a curtain covering the glass doors dividing the front bedroom and living room would be nice for some privacy. Overall, for this price, the stay was just right for a weekend in Brooklyn!

Comfortable family hangout

We stayed there with our adult children and their partners. The space was just as it was described and a comfortable place to hang out. The only hiccough was with privacy and the front bedroom. It's separated from the family room by a glass door. We managed a temporary solution. Eli was very responsive when we needed the radiators adjusted. I would definitely stay again if I needed to be in the area.

Good size, just what you need!

Comfy beds, clean apartment, all the basics you could need... We had an issue with the fridge but the property manager took action right away and kept us in the loop. Very good communication. There's a cute grocery down the block and the subway is like a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood isn't fully gentrified-- don't be imagining yourself sipping espresso at the local Cafe. But we felt safe and welcomed.

Fancy House for friends

The house is 7 minutes on foot to the subway but during the night there is noise due to the position. The bathrooms are small a little but they were very cleaned. You will find every comfort in this apartment and it is perfect for 6-8 people. The only defect is that sunlight come across the windows due to the lack of curtains and in the smallest bedroom it was cold because you can’t close the window.

Overall a good solid property

Overall good solid property, but needed a few minor touches to make it perfect for example:Toilet seats does not fit properly on one of the toiletsNo privacy curtain or blind for the double doors in the main bedroom to the living room Some of the blinds do not come all the way down.Windows partly opened and cannot be closed all the wayNo hangers to put clothes in the closet No ironing board Clock in kitchen has no battery Poor quality tissueOnly 1 kitchen roll provided Gaps in the floor boardsNo dust pan and brush to pick up the dirt The host was a very good communicator and would definitely recommend.

Location not accurate

The property itself is okay, but the two main problems were:1. The address shown in the check in system ”Happy Guest” is different from the official address in VRBO and outside the circle shown when you book on VRBO.2. The AC was not working and not fixed permanently. It worked for an hour after the handyman reset the breaker and then stopped working again. I messaged the owner again but didn’t get anymore help. A past review from February also talks about problems with the unit, so this is not a new issue.Before the AC problems, the host replied quickly and let us check in early, which was appreciated.

We’re genuinely disappointed by this review, especially since it misrepresents what actually happened. To clarify: the property location is exactly as listed on Vrbo. We use a smart guest check-in system that displays our private address only after booking, for guest privacy and security—just like many vacation rentals. The house is not outside the booking map zone, and this guest arrived without issue and checked in early (per their request), which we happily accommodated. As for the AC, we responded immediately and had a professional on-site within hours, who temporarily resolved the issue. When the breaker tripped again, the guest didn’t request another service visit—instead, she called and threatened to leave a bad review unless she was given a refund. Unfortunately, this was after she had already completed her stay. We take guest comfort seriously, and have since replaced the breaker to fully resolve the issue, but we will never reward threats or dishonest reviews.

No heat at first

We stayed in the middle of winter and the apartment had not been winterized. The a/c units were still in the windows, causing massive drafts and the mini-split unit was not functioning. The radiators were also off. The property manager was very responsive and did eventually get the radiators working, but the mini-split never did much, even when they finally got it blowing air. The.place was otherwise nice and well appointed but one full night and part of a day without heat during a snowstorm soured the experience. No refund was offered either.

We always strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay for our guests, and we responded immediately when this guest reached out about the heat. The radiators were fully functional and working shortly after their message, though they may have needed some time to warm up, as is normal in winter weather. It’s worth noting that this guest had already tried to negotiate a lower price before booking, which makes their complaint—and expectation of a refund—even more puzzling. While we understand that travel experiences can sometimes have small inconveniences, we believe in fairness for both our guests and ourselves. We appreciate honest feedback and are always here to help, but we also believe that reviews should reflect the full picture, not just a desire for a discount after the stay.

I was very happy with the easy check in process and communication. Place looked just like the photos. It was plenty big for the 6 of us. Beds were comfy. Our biggest problem was the air conditioner did not work. It was hot inside and difficult to sleep. Everyday i messaged thebpropert owner and they said they would contact maintenance. As far as we could tell the maintenance man only came once. He got the fan to turn on but there was no cold air because the compressor wasnt working. We were not offered any refunds for our inconvenience. We were allowed a late check out at no charge but that was only 120 . I definitely would not stay here until they replace the AC. There are no ceiling fans and no AC u its in the rooms. There was only a unit in the kitchen. Also, the business next door played loud music until late at night and the people upstairs parties until 3 or 4 am.
