The main level features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, creating an easy, one-level sleeping setup for most of your group. Head downstairs to the basement-level game room for hangouts, extra sleeping space, and quick access to the outdoors.

Unwind in the private hot tub after a day exploring the mountains, gather around the fire pit under the stars, or fire up the BBQ grill for a casual dinner. A laptop-friendly workspace makes it simple to check in on email or map out your next outing. With outdoor seating and space to spread out, this home keeps downtime simple and enjoyable.

• Bathroom 1: 1st floor, full bath, ensuite to Bedroom 1

Important Things to Note

• Stairs: The home has stairs between levels. Please see photos for reference.

• WiFi/Cell Service: Due to the Smoky Mountains’ remote, mountainous location, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please plan accordingly.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan for alternative care for your animals.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
