Step inside and experience the modern elegance of the recently updated living area, featuring stylish Thomasville chairs and a new, comfortable couch—ideal for lounging after a day in the sun. The gourmet kitchen, designed by renowned Hawaiian chef Roy Yamaguchi, is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and an open-concept layout, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining.

This villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two spacious bedrooms. The master suite features a luxurious King bed, while the guest room offers flexible sleeping arrangements with either a King bed or two twin beds. Additionally, the Thomasville chairs can be extended to provide two twin beds for extra guests.

For your beach adventures, the unit includes a trolley, beach towels, chairs, and toys, ensuring you're ready for fun under the sun. We had a lovely time on our Hawaii vacation and this condo was the perfect "home" for us while visiting the island. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries and the unit was clean and lovely. The property grounds were exceptional and it was nice to stay a little out of the way from the busyness of the city. Quiet, scenic and relaxing!

Just like home

Our stay was very relaxing. Resort is very beautiful and quiet. Condo has anything you need. We felt right at home with ultra comfortable beds, every utensil, dish, and appliance you can think of in the kitchen. Great stay!

Great rental

This is our third time with this exact unit. We have a family of 5 with a toddler and elderly grandparents and there are ample space for everyone. There’s a new host a few months ago and it seems the check in process as well as the kitchen seems even more organize than before and also the two new love seats are very nice

4 Star Resort for sure!

This is our second stay at Khoi's condo - we love it so much. The beds are super comfortable, the space is spacious, the views are breathtaking from the lanai. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you need minus perishables. Tons of beach towels, beach toys, chairs, etc. We love staying at the Beach Villas, we haven't stayed anywhere since we found this resort 5 years ago.

Wonderful stay in Ko Olina!!!

This was our first time staying in Ko Olina and we are so happy that we chose to stay at the beach villas vs the Marriott or Aulani next door. This property was so quiet and peaceful compared to the other resorts! The unit was spacious and well appointed and was such a good fit for a family with two teens…would definitely stay here again!

Stay over Christmas

Spent 6 days here over Christmas with our 3 kids and had a great time. We loved the unit as it was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We definitely will be back!

Ko Olina Vacation

The condo was great. Very roomy, beautiful views of the water. Our kids enjoyed the lagoons and the pools. Parking spot was a bit of a hike but that wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely go back.

Fantastic location!

The Villa was perfect and exactly as pictured. The views and location were beautiful! The beach and lagoons provided snorkeling and relaxation. We’d highly recommend this property and would definitely come again!!
