Experience the charm of Seattle from our newly renovated top-floor home in Greenwood. Just minutes from iconic city attractions and surrounded by North Seattle's best dining and shopping options, this home offers easy access to I-5 for a quick commute to Downtown Seattle. With North Seattle College, South Lake Union, Green Lake, and Northgate Mall all just a short drive away, it's a perfect base for your Seattle adventure!

[Floor Plan]
Our spacious 1,300 sqft home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families, groups, or business travelers. Situated on the top floor, the home is accessed via a right-side pathway with a staircase leading up to the front door.

[Parking]
Parking for one car in the driveway is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is also free for additional cars!

[Additional Disclosures]
• This home is situated on the top floor. Guests must be comfortable with stairs, as there are multiple sets leading to the entrance.
• Please be aware that there are guests in the lower unit. Please refrain from stomping, running, or jumping.
• The yard and firepit are for shared use with the basement tenants.
• The house is located near a road, so there may be some occasional noise. To ensure a restful stay, we provide earplugs for your comfort.

Guest will have the entire access on the top floor.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We've got exemption from Airbnb so please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.

6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.

8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.

9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.

10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

Decent spot. Great communication.

Nicely renovated space with a good attention to detail. Location is adjacent to a body shop, so can be some extra noise during business hours. Top unit entrance is in the back and it's very dark at night - needed to turn my flashlight on my phone at night to see the stairs. Is it the best VRBO we've stayed at? No - it isn't. Is it a decent spot in a good location for a good value? Yes - we thought so. Plus, the owner's communication was excellent.

Pleasant, comfortable, great location

I really liked this place. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in on a long time. My husband was less of a fan; he thought it was kind of sparsely furnished. The only concern I had was that to get in, you have to go up some steps at the side/back of the place. They are not well lit, so in the dark (often in Seattle!) it can be a little scary getting in, especially with a bunch of luggage erc. I’d stay again though; I thought it was clean, spacious, and comfortable!
