I am a Mumbai native with a passion for art, pets and hospitality. Kollam, my maternal ancestral home in Kerala, holds a special place in my heart. After hearing numerous negative feedbacks from Kerala-returned tourists about issues they faced, I decided to address these concerns and offer a genuine hosting experience.
To make this happen, I teamed up with my mother, a pet lover, and together we founded Ashtamudi Escapes LLP, under which we offer Lakebreeze Stays. At our lakeside villa, we blend artistic touches with local traditions, creating a tropical vibe with authentic Kerala cuisine and a welcoming environment for all our guests. We are duly assisted by our property manager Arun who is a nature lover & a passionate photographer as well.

The location provides stunning views of the lake, surrounded by lush greenery, offering the perfect balance of convenience and peacefulness. This area is especially close to my maternal ancestral home, and it allows guests to experience the authentic charm of Kollam while enjoying the slow, peaceful pace of life that the region is known for. It’s the ideal place for a relaxing getaway with easy access to local attractions.
