Very good property. I was able to host my fiancé and ten of her family members and everyone was comfortable. Allen was very helpful in addressing our needs and getting transportation into town.

An absolutely stunning view, amazing hosts, and great house, what more can I ask for! We used this house for a family reunion of a family from the phillipines and the USA. Had 24 ppl in the house and it was very comfortable. House had all the amenities we needed. Everything was in good working condition. The pool was super clear and wonderful temp to swim in. Beds were comfortable and clean. Allen was one of our cohosts and helped with everything needed. He was very knowledgeable about the island as well. He arranged transport for our whole party and was very accommodating and flexible when we wanted to go somewhere. Great conversations with Scott, our other cohost. Couldn’t ask for a better place.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home in Dauis, Panglao! The house was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for our family. One of our favorite parts was the backyard and pool area. The pool was large, spotless, private and surrounded by stunning tropical plants, which made it feel like a private resort. It was such a nice feature to have after a day of doing excursions! We also loved relaxing on the terraces and taking in the gorgeous ocean views—such a peaceful way to start and end each day.A special highlight was the in-house massage service! I booked a massage with Astoria twice during our stay. Highly recommend trying it!Our on-site hosts, David and Allen, were truly exceptional. They were kind, attentive, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Allen went above and beyond by helping us coordinate all of our excursions, including trips to Chocolate Hills, the Loboc River cruise, waterfalls, Alona Beach, Tagbilaran City, and Hinagdanan Cave. Everything was seamless thanks to his help.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ve already recommended this place to our family and friends and would definitely love to return. Thank you so much to Kevin, Allen, and David for making our stay so memorable!

The Terrace House is definitely gets an A + rating! The facility, the amenities, etc definitely on the top we’ve ever been. The meals selection and preparation worthy of a Royal Feats! The best choice is you come to Panglao!

We’ve stayed at a lot of places across the world as well as in Bohol during our visits back home and this property is the best. Our stay was absolutely flawless. Very clean, accommodated our large group, beautiful and lots of fun to be had. The host manages everything well, is very friendly and a really cool guy! Great Family Vacation Home

The home was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the entire family of 9 people.Everyone enjoyed the home and it’s features, especially the pool.The staff and owners were the best and provided our family with outstanding customer service.Thank you. We enjoyed the whole experience.

The host was incredible! Kevin is very easy to communicate with. The house was spot clean, everything was as described, amenities were superb. Allen is such a great and kind guy— he is very accommodationg to all our needs and requests and is always on the got. The van transfer is very convenient. Scott, the owner is also very cool. For improvement of the property, I would recommend that the loft be airconditioned and that the 2nd floor common areas as well be airconditioned. The heat is sometimes intolerable and I would’ve loved to be able to stay there longer and at more times to commune with everyone. Thank you for having us!

This property exceeded all my expectations. It was absolutely gorgeous and will hands down be one of the highlights of our 2 week vacation in the Philippines. We stayed for 5 days and had such a wonderful time together. Ive stayed in multiple houses through vrbo and quite often pictures make the property look better than it actually is. But in this case pictures cant do it justice. If you think the pics look good than you have to see it in person because the view is just incredible. Not only was the view great but there were many other things to like such as the pool, the karaoke setup in the living room, and poolside speakers we could connect to our phone to jam out to music while we swam and hungout. Having a caretaker like Allen just makes it more appealing for families who want to get out some and see the beautiful island. Thank you David, May, Allen, and anyone else i am missing who helped make our stay great. It was a pleasure and i couldnt be happier with our choice to stay at your beautiful home.

Beautiful property. Great pool. Comfortable for large groups. The owner and manager were always available for anything we needed, and provided transportation around the island at a very competitive rate.
