This home is a single wide mobile home located in a small mobile home park (12 homes total) with 4 other short term rentals and 5 full time residents. It has a short private driveway that all occupants use to exit and enter. There are deer and cats that roam around freely. The address is 1560 State Route 105 #10 Grayland, WA.
Pet policy is as follows: Pets can never be left in the home unattended unless they are crated. Pets must be on a leash at all times while outdoors unless they are in the fenced yard. Pet pooh must be picked up promptly and completely cleaned up when vacating. Please keep pets off the furniture and beds. No excessive barking will be allowed.

Smoking - NO smoking of any kind in the property. All cigarette butts must be collected and thrown in the trash. PLEASE do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
