**Meadow View Lodge** is a beautiful, modern three-story cabin, newly available for rentals! With seven Smart TVs, a foosball table, a fire pit, and a hot tub, this lodge has everything you need for an adventurous getaway or a relaxing stay with friends and family. After exploring Yellowstone, fishing at Henry’s Lake, or hitting the snowmobile trails, return to the lodge to enjoy the fully stocked kitchen or propane grill for meal prep. End the evening unwinding in the hot tub or gathering around the fire pit to plan tomorrow’s adventures—don’t forget to bring s’mores supplies!

This property is conveniently located about 25 minutes from the Yellowstone West Entrance, depending on traffic. Henry’s Lake, perfect for fishing and boating, is only 5 minutes away, and Island Park Reservoir is around 30 minutes from the home. Robins Roost grocery store is just a 2-minute drive, providing easy access to essentials. For those arriving by air, Idaho Falls Regional Airport is approximately 1.5 hours away, Bozeman Yellowstone International is about 2 hours, and Jackson Hole Airport is around 2.25 hours away.

Guests can enjoy self check-in with a personalized code. Amenities include a hot tub, propane grill (unavailable in winter), propane fireplace, fire pit (wood not provided), foosball table, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials like pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Specialty kitchen items include a crockpot, hand mixer, blender, rice maker, and a Keurig coffee maker (pods not included). A Pack-n-Play (linens not included) is available for families, along with free WiFi and trash service.

**Sleeping arrangements**:
- **Main level**: One bedroom with a queen bed and another with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, sharing a full bathroom.
- **Lower level**: One bedroom with a king bed, a twin bed, and trundle twin beds; another with a king bed with a closet containing a twin bed and toddler bed. This level also includes a shared full bathroom and the laundry area.
- **Upper level**: One bedroom with a king bed and another with a twin-over-queen-over-queen bunk bed, with a shared bathroom.

For winter stays, 4-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance are recommended due to snowy conditions.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night.. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
