We had a great stay at this house in Huntington Beach. Its just a couple minute walk to the beach or main drag with many shops and restaurants, yet it stays calm and relaxed at house. The room layout worked great for our group of two families (8 people).

This home was spacious and beautiful. Our family of 8 had plenty of room to hang out and enjoy meals, games and fellowship together. Plus, we were able to walk to the beach, shopping and local eateries. This is an excellent place to stay!

Perfect walking distance from the beach, main street restaurants, and anything you need. Great for having multiple guests and roomies.

Went back for more

Love the location of this property and the amenities it offers. Stayed here twice now with my family and we thoroughly enjoyed it both times. Just a short walk to the beach and downtown HB - can’t beat it.

Wonderful place to stay

Thank you for the quick communication and we are planning to stay here again in the future! Loved the bikes, updated bathrooms and kitchen, the BBQ grill and the nice TV's! Plenty of room for our family group of 9 people including children.

great place w/great location

Couple blocks from the beach and blocks from Main Street. Close enough to walk to everything but just far enough for some peace and quiet. Check in and check out was super easy and Mike makes himself available for anything that comes up.

Great location

This property was in a perfect location. Beds were comfortable. I didn't realize you had to walk through one bedroom to get to another but we worked it out. Overall very nice property and would stay there again.

The only thing going for this property is the location This place needs some TLC it hasn't been updated in a long time. There was dog poo on the side of the house that has not been picked up and cigarette butts by the grill. You can tell this is strictly a business turn you in and out and no one really cares for the property. There are multiple smoke detectors either hanging from the ceiling or on the floor. The one bedroom the smoke detector goes off everytime you take a steam shower since there is no fan or vent. The other shower in the master was spraying all over the ceiling and the shower walls the head had been busted but no one cares to replace it.On our final full day we had another couple pull up and say there were booked there for the night, what a horrible experience for all vacation parties involved when theanagement company over books a place. It's awkward for those staying there such as us and a the worst way to start a vacation for the other couple that now was displaced. What a shame.

Spacious Property, Outstanding Location!

We had 3 couples and 2 kids and the house was plenty big enough. There are 3 outdoor entertaining areas, 2 massive indoor living / dining rooms & enough bathrooms for all. The location was super convenient with CVS, coffee, bar, restaurants and of course - the beach and famous Pier all with in a short (under 5 min) walk.
