The house needs a considerable amount of refreshing and attention. As an example there are holes in the walls in the bathrooms. The vinyl floors in the bath were stained. The quality of the mattresses and the linens and the towels werent great. The hot water for showers was limited. The backyard had no umbrella table. In fact, here are no umbrellas to sit under for any shade in the yard. The floor plan is odd -- the pool is not the central focus of the house floor plan - its off to the side. The yard wasnt lush or appealing. As an example of neglect, one kitchen cabinet door was hanging by a hinge. I called the manager who said this would be fixed promptly and it wasnt. One favorable note - the neighborhood and the location are really good.
