Kitchen was fully equipped and great communication each day with a check in. Great room in the basement for kids activities. We spent our stay outdoors in the sun by the patio. We will stay again!

We hosted three generations in town for graduation at this property and everyone was comfortable. Loved the long table for meals and card games! Communication with Erin was very easy. Great family friendly location!

This is our second time staying here. Everything was great! There are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained while at the house. It is also conveniently located to PBA and Devaney. Erin was awesome to work with and made sure everything was going well for us.

This was the BEST property for our stay in Lincoln over the Thanksgiving holiday. The host made sure that everything that we needed was perfect. The house was large enough to handle our crew of 12, it was clean, and very well stocked. We had a fantastic stay!

This was the perfect place to host a group of Omaha/Lincoln locals for a bachelorette weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking and hosting super easy. The living room and basement were both spacious and perfect for hanging out as a group. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Overall, it was a great setup for a fun and stress-free weekend.

Awesome spot for a family stay.

Great property in a nice neighborhood - close to shopping and easy to get to downtown. The property was clean and had a lot of activities for kids. Wide driveway was nice for parking. Great pictures on the website reflect what we found.

This property was perfect for our family. We were in Omaha for a baseball tournament and a couple of games of the College World Series. Much more affordable than staying in Omaha and just a short drive on I-80.

Weekend Visit

We enjoyed the weekend in Lincoln visiting our son. This house was perfect for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. The hang out space and games in the basement were a blast. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at your fun house. We absolutely loved the Nebraska themed home and decorations. Our family of 11 had plenty of room and were even able to spread out. The location to campus is an easy 5 minute drive. If we are ever looking for a place to stay again we will reach out.

Excellent Stay!

This is an exceptional property. We were here for our son's wedding and had other family staying with us. The #bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Beds were so comfortable! Plenty of towels. Loved the covered deck in the morning with coffee and a nice spot to hang out in the evening too. Really a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Phenomenal property. 5 bedrooms, 1 having 2 sets of bunk beds which the kids happily claimed. Ceiling fans throughout. Big back yard for the kids to play. Great neighborhood. Helpful greeting book with rules, directions and suggestions.The owner returned messages sent to her almost instantly.We hope to stay there again in the future. Great owner.

Perfect space in Lincoln!

This house was perfect for a couple tweens 7 other adults. The separation of the basement space was perfect for the kids to play and the adults to hangout upstairs. The dining table was fantastic to accommodate everyone and allow us to easily play games. We would absolutely stay here again if going to Lincoln with a larger group. Thank you!

NWU Graduation Weekend.

This house was perfect for our family. The family had room to spread out, and the kids had fun in the basement and backyard. The long kitchen table was appreciated for getting everyone together for some great conversation. The owner communicates quickly and is ready to help with everything! Many UNL folks stay here, but it is a speedy drive to NWU and downtown.

Hi, I’m Erin, an elementary school teacher and real estate investor living in Florida. My husband and I have raised three amazing kids who are now off at college, leaving our home a little quieter- except for our two dogs and two cats who keep things lively!

When I’m not teaching or managing real estate, I love traveling and spending time in the mountains. As an experienced traveler myself, I understand the importance of feeling comfortable.
