Welcome to Cheerful Oasis—your 2BR/2BA Bay-to-Beach retreat! Ideally located near the walking trail to the marina, Bridge Street, and Bradenton Beach, with trolley stops and the Gulf Drive walkway just outside your door. Enjoy beautiful water views from the lanai.

This quaint condo community offers easy access to all the action on Bridge Street. One assigned parking space included, but once you arrive, you can walk, bike, or hop on the free island trolley.

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access, the unit includes pool access, beach chairs, and an umbrella—everything you need for a perfect stay.

We’re local (within 3 miles) and always available to help. Our real estate storefront at 119 Bridge Street is just steps away—stop in and say hello!

The condo was excellent! Everything we needed was available and at our fingertips- I felt like we were at home. The condo was in beautiful shape and literally had everything we would need for our stay. We went to the store for some extras but not the things we needed for our everyday stay. It was super clean and the location was perfect. The owners emailed to confirm we were doing okay and happy. The only thing we noticed was the filter needed to be changed in the refrigerator in the first day we arrived so we bought bagged ice on day one and bottled water.We would definitely return. We bought rafts and tubes and just left them behind for the next people that would be staying.

Shandra and Jeff moved to Bradenton in 2017 as educators from Louisville, KY. They absolutely love the area, beach, and water. They are avid boaters that will offer tips necessary to help you enjoy our paradise. Jeff, Shandra, and their family absolutely love the convenience and options afforded in the Bradenton area!
