IMPORTANT NOTE:

- For dogs: We do not allow puppies (under 1 year old), German Shepherds, or Huskies.

- We do not allow cats.

- If bringing a pet, a pet fee of $75 per pet is required. Please message us to let us know, and we will send a request for the payment, or you can pay through the listing platform.

- No cell service: You will need to use the coordinates provided in the check-in instructions and guidebook to reach the cabin. Map systems may not work due to the recent addition of this road.

- We recommend a 4x4 vehicle year-round for ease of access.

Cancellation policy
- We offer free cancellation or a 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before the check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

The primary renter is required to SIGN the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your stay at our property.
