Experience unparalleled luxury in this exquisite South Delhi 3-bedroom apartment, in exclusive and gated Sainik Farms, located close to malls and Saket Metro Station. Bespoke Statuario Italian marble floors, hand-crafted furniture & spacious bedrooms with private balconies. First floor apartment in the heart of South Delhi, within 2kms of Select City Walk, DLF Avenue, and Max Hospital Saket. Stone's throw away from Saket Metro Station.
Upon entering, you'll find two grand lobbies with seating for 18 guests, beautifully lit with chandeliers. The dining area seats six and is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen and premium appliances.
Bedrooms: Spacious and luxurious with king sized beds, en-suite spa-like bathrooms with bathtubs, private balconies, walk-in wardrobes, dedicated work desks, 2024 Smart LG TVs with streaming, massive windows and ample sunlight, blackout blinds and premium bed and bath linen.
Lush green views surround the house and added features include high capacity solar-heated water, a state of the art water purification system, garage parking space, a driver and car available upon request, homemade meals, fast wifi, and easy connectivity to the rest of Delhi.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 1st floor 3-bedroom apartment.
The garden is shared with the ground floor apartment (not part of the stay).

We live on the first floor. And have had this house since 1997. Sainik Farms is known for its peace, better air quality, not only in Delhi but even in the Indian community in UK and United States (from the people I have met)

The first floor where you would be staying has been newly furnished, with expensive marble, top of the line hand custom furniture, AI air conditioning that gives both warm and cold air when needed, remote controlled fan, and the cherry on top, my A-team of staff, who would take care of you thoroughly.
