The 1 bathroom is complete with all essentials, including a hair dryer, shampoo, condition and soap dispensers.

A dedicated off-site parking spot walking distance to UF is available for an extra fee. Must be booked in advance.

The property also features an oversized backyard with seating area to enjoy the outdoors inside the fenced in yard, for your privacy. Property is a short 5 min drive to the University of Florida, Shands and VA hospital. Walking distance to Starbucks, Walgreens, CVS and Applebees, among many other shopping venues right off NW 13th St. Perfect for guests looking for a cozy and convenient stay!

This little cottage was perfect. Kitchen stocked with the things you might need. Beds were comfy. Easy access to UofF. Would highly recommend. Quiet street and neighborhood also.

Gainesville Trip to Visit Friends

Check-in was easy with a pre-programmed keypad. The kitchen is well-stocked with gadgets, cookware, and a variety of utensils. I loved eating breakfast on the front porch! We needed assistance with something and even though it was late at night, Janen responded right away and was very easy to get in touch with quickly!

Cozy Cottage

The cottage was very conveniently located to the UF campus. Just a few minutes away from University Ave. Upon arriving the check process was simple. The home is obviously a new remodel and newly furnished. The host did a great job decorating it with very nice finishes. The home was very clean and pleasant in a wooded serene setting. We really enjoyed the space and it was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Gainesville. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee station was great for the caffeine fix in the morning. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
