The inviting, elegant living area boasts a gratifying synergy of contemporary design and modern comfort. Lush sky-blue walls, dewy white furniture and rustic wooden fixtures keep the space refreshing throughout the day.



A comfy seating area flanks the smart TV. Large glass sliding allows abundant sunlight.



The adjoining kitchen, fitted with sleek countertops and modern cabinetry, is stocked with stainless-steel appliances such as a stove, coffee machine, cookware, oven and a refrigerator. The extended counter with barstools accommodates 3, and is perfect for sundown cocktails. The indoor dining area for 6 is made for hearty family meals.



The home comfortably sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- 2 bathrooms have shower/tub combos; 1 of them comes with a jetted tub.



- A washer/dryer is included.



- (2) Unassigned parking spaces are available.



- The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and clubhouse are open year-round.



- To access the unit, you’ll need to go up 16 steps using the stairs on the left.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
