Summary:

Welcome to Gathering Place at the Foothills! This little gem occupies a spot in one of Branson’s charming neighborhoods.



The Ferris Wheel, Broadwalk Aquarium and Wonderworks are all nearby. Enjoy a game or 2 at Thousand Hill Golf, and tuck into delicious local flavors at at dozens of locally owned restaurants.



The Space:

Head indoors for cozy get-togethers with loved ones. An airy open deck awaits you with swaying trees and delightful views. A 4-seater table is provided for al-fresco meals.



The inviting, elegant living area boasts a gratifying synergy of contemporary design and modern comfort. Lush sky-blue walls, dewy white furniture and rustic wooden fixtures keep the space refreshing throughout the day.



A comfy seating area flanks the smart TV. Large glass sliding allows abundant sunlight.



The adjoining kitchen, fitted with sleek countertops and modern cabinetry, is stocked with stainless-steel appliances such as a stove, coffee machine, cookware, oven and a refrigerator. The extended counter with barstools accommodates 3, and is perfect for sundown cocktails. The indoor dining area for 6 is made for hearty family meals.



The home comfortably sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- 2 bathrooms have shower/tub combos; 1 of them comes with a jetted tub.



- A washer/dryer is included.



- (2) Unassigned parking spaces are available.



- The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and clubhouse are open year-round.



- To access the unit, you’ll need to go up 16 steps using the stairs on the left.



With a range of attractions nearby, Gathering Place at the Foothills could not be better located. From groovy country music to heart-pounding theme parks, the list is endless.



Witness the splendors of Ozarks Mountains, explore Branson Landing, and picnic at Table Rock Lake. Top of the Rock and Silver Dollar City remain the city’s biggest draws, just like the ever-popular Titanic Museum and Dolly Parton’s Stampede.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. We had a wonderful stay at the Gathering Place with Grand Welcome of Branson. The home was clean and inviting. We loved all of their special touches and their decor for Christmas. Their communication with us was also excellent! The beds were so very comfortable, too. We enjoyed the little gym at the club house. The view from the living room was lovely. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return here!

This is such a cute place. It was very roomy and had all the things we needed. We would definitely book this again if we are ever in town again. It was centrally located to all things in Branson.

Amazing!

This place was perfect. Has everything you need, and in the perfect location. There’s several back roads to most of the attractions so you can avoid traffic. It’s about 5 minutes from Dixie Stampede and about 3 minutes from the Aquarium. The beds were comfortable and the furniture in the living room made for enough seating for everyone. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect except for the Blinds

Perfect except for the blinds, every blind in the rental was broken and would not work. Otherwise everything else was very acceptable. Replace the blinds. And when sharing the entry code, please send along instructions on what to enter after the code is entered.

Awesome place!

The condo was perfect! It was a great location. Close to everything. The beds were great, super comfortable. The decor throughout was so pretty. We sat out in the deck every morning and night. The parking was great. I do wish each condo had an assigned parking spot. It was clean and homey. We loved it!

Perfect location!

WOW!! We loved this stay, it’s our favorite condo so far that we’ve ever stayed in. When we walked in the tvs greeted us with soothing music and there were welcome signs. Made us feel right at home immediately. The view when you walk in and look straight through the condo out the huge balcony doors is breathtaking. The rooms are perfect size and the beds are super comfortable. Linens were all pristine and the couches were new looking and very comfortable. The owner provided everything we needed and we had just enough for four days (dish pods, laundry pods, toilet paper paper towel etc) didn’t even have to buy anything extra! Really appreciated that! We explored each day outside so being able to come home, shower and relax in this cozy condo was what we needed. One problem was the door code for the pool. Ours wasn’t working so we couldn’t swim. We never got a response about that but this definitely didn’t ruin our trip. If you plan on using the pool, make sure the code works as soon as you get there so it’s not a last minute issue for you. Other than that, we left a few jackets and they are shipping them back to us so that’s pretty amazing service. We’d definitely stay here again!!!! Oh and right down the street from all of the activities: mini golf, museums etc
