Summary:

Welcome to Un-Fore-Gettable! An idyllic summer retreat nestled in charming Branson. Spend all day fishing in nearby lakes or have a gala time in the community swimming pool. Show off your skills on the tennis court, while kids indulge in a variety of games at the teeming clubhouse.



The Space:

The living area is bright and spacious, perfect for big families. Soft, pastel shades and contemporary interiors blend tastefully with vintage artifacts, wooden accents and rustic furnishing. Large picture windows allow an abundance of natural light, while comfy seating arrangements flank a sizzling fireplace and a smart TV.



The adjoining balcony features a 6-seater dining table with views of the lush green outdoors, perfect to enjoy al-fresco meals.



Show off your cooking skills in the kitchen. Spacious and roomy, it is fitted with glossy granite countertops and dewy white cabinetry. Stainless-steel appliances are available for guest use, including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and refrigerator.  Enjoy a casual round of drinks on the 2 bar stools available or tuck in for intimate family gatherings at the 2 6-seater indoor dining tables.



The home accommodates 14 guests in 4 bedrooms, all aesthetically designed.

Bedroom #1 is located on the main floor and features a king-size bed along with a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 is also on the main floor, equipped with a king-size bed and smart TV.

On the 2nd floor, a loft doubles as bedroom #3 and comes with a king-size bed.

Bedroom #4 is the kids’ room on the 2nd floor. It has two twin-over-full bunk beds and a smart TV.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk up unit of 18 steps to the entry

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- There are 3 bathrooms with shower/tub combos, while 1 also offers a relaxing jacuzzi.

- A washer/dryer is included.

- Parking is available onsite.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

We do want to clarify that the home is strictly a non-smoking property, and when the issue was reported, our team did communicate with you and offered assistance. Unfortunately, smoke odors can sometimes linger from prior guests despite standard cleaning and inspection procedures, and we rely on guest communication to address them as quickly as possible when they are noticed. Had we been given the opportunity during your stay, we would have been happy to take additional steps to mitigate the issue or explore alternative solutions at that time. We regret that you felt this concern was not addressed to your satisfaction. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that, aside from this issue, the home otherwise met your needs. Your comments help us continue to improve our processes for future guests.

We very much enjoyed staying here. The place was clean and had some supplies that we weren't expecting such as box fans. That was a bonus because we had forgot our travel fan. The location was perfect as well. The loft room does not have a tv which we did not know until last minute. We were expecting every room to have one. We would absolutely stay at this location again. Condo was excellent. The facilities were great nice to be next to the water. The discounts to the Golf course are excellent. We really enjoyed our stay for friends on the golf trip and we hope to be able to stay here again for our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet with plenty of room for our family to spread out. It would be nice to have extra key cards for the gate as we traveled in separate cars.. We enjoyed walks by the lake.

Upon arrival, it was apparent that this unit has been smoked in despite it being posted as a No Smoking unit. The host offered another property that was two adjoining units. Our reservation was for extended family to spend time together so this was less than ideal, however, this was a better option with two young children. It was extremely inconvenient to have to move to another property. The unit floorplan was good, it was just unfortunate that the host doesn't mitigate the smoking issue for their guests.

I do want to clarify that this home is strictly a non-smoking property, and we do not knowingly allow smoking in any of our units. Prior to your arrival, there were no reports from housekeeping or previous guests indicating smoke odor in the home. Once you notified us, we acted right away to offer an alternative accommodation so your family could be comfortable, even though we understand the layout was not ideal for your original plans. While moving units is never something we want a guest to experience, our priority was ensuring you had a clean, smoke-free space as quickly as possible. We truly regret the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. Situations like this help us reinforce our inspection and mitigation processes moving forward. If there is anything further you’d like to discuss, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always here to help.

Overall property as listed. I would suggest good deep clean. The property is obviously stayed in often and although it was clean, I did notice some grime on walls, cupboards and baseboards, but not enough to distract from our stay! The washing machine could also benefit from a good clean and the addition of a broom and dust pan to the unit would be fantastic!I did not address any of these concerns with the host, because again none of these issues were serious enough to bother our stay, but if I had, I have no doubt they would've been addressed. Several text messages throughout our stay to ensure everything was going as expected! Would definitely stay again!

Overall good - wasn’t expecting the unit to be upstairs, wasn’t expecting the upstairs bedroom not to have any privacy (no door or wall separating it from the living room below), the kitchen pots/pans were sparse. Location was very good, seemed safe and quiet.

Family Labor Day Weekend Stay

This property was perfect for our family getaway over Labor Day weekend. We were searching for a place that we could hangout, relax and spend time enjoying the outdoors. This property fulfilled all of our desires and wishes. It was close proximity to walk down to the water at fall creek/lake Taneycomp as well as a playground and the other amenities of the neighborhood.

Great for a large family

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. It was exactly what we needed for a family of 7 adults. Host was good about checking to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. Thank you, we will definitely stay again!
