Welcome to High Expectations, a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome nestled in the picturesque Evergreen neighborhood of Steamboat Springs, CO. This home offers an ideal blend of comfort and convenience, located just a short walk from the base of the mountain and the Gondola, making it perfect for your next ski vacation or summer getaway. With new owners as of September 2024, this unit got a complete makeover with all new paint and furnishings in Fall 2024 and AC installed on the upper 2 floors in 2025!

The entry-level primary suite offers a queen bed and en suite bathroom as well (this floor does not have AC, but stays cool since it is on the lower level).

We are a one minute walk to the Wild Plum Market, Apres Burger Bistro and the Storm Peak beer garden! Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the communal pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure in the mountains. The property offers a 1 car garage for your convenience and parking for 1 other vehicle in the driveway. Safety features such as carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and deadbolt locks are also provided for your peace of mind.

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
