The Golf and Ski Hideaway - 8 minutes from Vail/BC

Welcome to our family townhouse nestled between Vail and Beaver Creek. The house is located right next to the Eagle Vail golf course, driving range, pool, hiking trails, cross country skiing, and tennis/pickleball courts. Only a 8 minute drive to Beaver Creek or Vail. Go for a ski day or a round of golf and then relax in the living room or patio with a fire pit/bbq with a well deserved refreshment. Great place for couples, friends and/or families!

Once you enter the house you will find a dinner table for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally on this level you will find a living room with a queen sofa bed, a TV entertainment center plus a full patio deck with a BBQ and fire pit for your enjoyment. Down one level there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom as well as a laundry area for your use. Upstairs you will find one bedroom and a full bathroom.


The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave, normal coffee machine and all utensils/cooking essentials. No condiments/coffee ingredients or cooking oil provided. There are heating controls on every room but no central AC system. There is however a mobile AC unit in the primary bedroom. For the most part of the year in the mountains, days and nights are pretty cool. There are also fans if needed.


You have access to all parts of the house except the locked doors which is were we keep our family personal belongings. You will also have access to 2 free parking spaces. Additional paid parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

Please note that in order to access the house it is required to go down 1 small flight of stairs.

Walmart/City Market supermarkets are just a 5 minute drive away.


Please make sure to
- Add all guests/pets to the reservation.
- No pets on top of beds, sofas or tables. Well behaved pets only (ie no barking when you are not home)
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
- From November 1st to April 30th, on days with more than 3” snow accumulation, all vehicles must be removed from parking lot(s) from 9 AM to 12 PM to allow for proper plowing. A $75 fine will be imposed by HOA if vehicles are not moved.
- Closest bus stop to ski resorts is an 18 minute walk or 2 min drive. Having a vehicle is recommended.
-AWD and/or Snow Tires are recommended in Colorado throughout the snow season.
