Really flawless experience! Our family of four stayed here for 5 days and it turned out to be a typical LA bungalow in a perfect location. The apartment was comfortable and sparkling clean. Good grocery stores nearby, including a walkable trader joe's. My wife had to work downtown some days and was able to take the red line from hollywood station. And the Avant stay staff were proactive and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Unit! Very clean & comfortable!

We enjoyed out stay! The property was centrally located. We felt safe and secure there. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was a excellent home away from home! The Avantstay staff were very responsive and helpful!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and we can't recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, the living space was perfect for relaxing, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.If we were to make one small suggestion, it would be to have foil and plastic wrap available in the kitchen. It's a tiny detail that would make a great stay even more convenient for future guests. Thank you for a memorable trip!"

Clean, convenient and safe

Three ladies traveling together in an unfamiliar city appreciated the opportunity to share space with a full kitchen, free parking and extra security on siteThis property is clean and modern with comfortable bedding and plenty of hot water. It is conveniently located in a safe area. There’s a Starbucks less than 700 feet away and the famous Roscoe’s chicken and waffles half a block away. Bring ear plugs in case the Paramount offices (across the street) are having a late event. They had music going one night so foam earplugs were used.

Nice apartment.

Security was excellent! Inside of apartment was up to date, clean and tidy. Rock n Roll theme was fun! Provided freebies like hats, postcards and shopping bags, nice touch but we didn’t take. Laundry area is outside under a pavilion at the end of the walkway tucked in next to the building. Rugs in front of washer and dryers had fleas in them.
