The Bikini Bottom Shore House is a one of a kind home on a private 100x100 lot, with over 4800 square feet of living space. It has 8 bedrooms, 3 of which have ensuite bathrooms, and their own private access to the backyard and pool. There are 5 other bedrooms (each with bunkbeds), 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The main living room, 2nd floor lounge and each of the bedrooms have smart TVs in it. The house has 3 washers and dryers, 2 tankless hot water heaters, 3 zone air-conditioning, and 2 driveways with parking for 4-5 cars. The third floor offers a lounge that spans the length of the house, and houses 4 queen sleeper sofas.
The backyard is a true oasis with a large in-ground pool, lots of space to lounge around or play games in, a gas grill, a smoker, an outdoor shower, and a large outdoor covered bar.
The house was originally built in 1930. It was designed to house 7 apartments, and until 2018 the units were rented out as a part of "Bob's Beach House." The prior owner purchased the building and spent 2 years amalgamating all the units into one fully updated stunning property.
It is one of the rare homes where you can park your cars and never have to take them out of the driveways the entire week. With a walk score of 88, it is 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk (along with Wildwood's renounced amusement parks), and is a short walk from many casual and upscale restaurants and bars, ice cream shops, grocery stores, bodegas, parks, bike baths and more (see the owner's guide for recommendations of some hidden gems). It is close to all the best of the noise and action, and yet located on a quiet street, allowing a quick retreat to a house that has the feel of a retreat.
The home is lovingly maintained by its current owners who bought it in 2024 and take great pride in it. They invest in continuous improvements to the house. They would love to welcome you. The welcome packet (including house rules) are provided upon booking.

-Cleaning fee assumes an ordinary level of cleaning required. Additional charges if a higher level of cleaning is required.
-We adore pets, but due to allergies and sensitivities of all our guests, we do not permit pets of any kind.
-No smoking inside or outside the house.
-25 guests is the limit.
-For everyone's protection, please be aware there cameras in the outside areas of the house (front porch, pool and backyard area).
-Linens are not provided, but we can recommend local linen service that will provide linens.
