Soaring over Candlewood Lake, this house invites you into the air with seamless deck access through oversized sliding doors. Adorned in a modern/mid-century style, this recently completed project offers the best views anywhere within 2 hours of New York City. Level 2 car charger (garage currently unavailable), electric stove, individual heating/cooling controls in each room. Working fireplace, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

My name is Jamey. I have spent the past 8 years rebuilding this home. It has given me access to a number of hobbies, flying, swimming, boating and now I would like to share that with you. Pilots: there is a grass runway (1900') 5 minutes away, let me know if you would like to discuss access.

Sherman is a lovely town. If you are interested in hiking, biking, swimming, flying, bird watching, tennis, everything is available within this small area. This is my escape from the city.

You will not find views like this anywhere else. Everyone who comes to see it is blown away. Watch birds fly so close to the deck you can hear their feathers as they go by. See amazing sunsets, be high above the boats and seaplanes on the lake or read in the swinging daybed.
