Serendipity means “finding pleasant things which you did not expect!”. Well, “Villa Serendipity” is just that – a two, en-suite Bedroom, beachfront vacation home-from-home. Located inside the premises of the Dorado beach property, the villa has stunning separate living, dining, and entertainment areas with a huge patio affording a panoramic view of gardens and the lake. The owner can sponsor you for club amenities (additional fees)- Guest services fees are not included.

The Space:
Sleeps up to 6 guests in two bedrooms:

Master Bedroom En-suite: Queen Bed on warm, tan-tiled flooring; window bench; super-comfortable armchair; a huge closet and, in the bathroom, a Jacuzzi!
Second Bedroom: En-Suite: 2 Full Beds, Walk-in Closet; Antique writing desk with chair;
There are also two fold-away cots available

Dorado Beach has various ongoing construction projects. By booking the Villa, the guest acknowledges that the owner will not be held responsible for any potential disruptions caused by said construction projects.

Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.

The owner can sponsor (for additional fees) access to the exclusive Dorado Beach Club, which offers you the unique Watermill Waterpark, Fitness Center, Discounted Golf privileges, and entry to the Encanto Beach Club with Watersports activities nearby.

Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.

If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.

This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room.

Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.

If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged an additional fee.
