There is large desk area, should you need to work or maybe start to write that novel! The kitchen is very well stocked, so cooking will be an easy task. The game room offers several puzzles and games for your enjoyment!

Located on the East end of the Village, this home is close to Balboa Beach and Marina, several restaurants and the new by-pass which makes the beautiful drive into Hot Springs a little faster!

With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in. 

The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car.
These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.
