Disgusting Mess and Host Wont Make Right
Arrived at 4pm for check in with no check in instructions. Took host 45 minutes to get to me with check in conditons. Once we entered property, the conditions were disgusting to say the least. Floors were dirty with dirt and crumbs, towels were dirty, dishes left in sink, couch my children were expected to stay on has stains and was dirty, defecation and urine in toilet and the bathroom sink had several hairs on it. We left and filed a complaint with VRBO only to have host have the audacity to decline a full refund despite provided photo evidence of the condition of the property. It is a newer listed property and had no previous reviews. We frequently stay with VRBO properties and have never had this happen. Refunds are completely up to host and this host will not make right by the complaint. Would never reccomend this property to anyone. If I could give negative stars, I would. I would go as far to say this is a scam. The furniture (couch and kitchen table) in the listed pictures is not what was at the property when we arrived.
